On Saturday night around 7pm EST we will be running an upgrade of the forums software. With this update we will be launching the rebranding of these forums as the Network Solutions Forums.

As you all know this forum has primarily been used for the Network Solutions Ecommerce product but I am proud to announce the addition of the Network Solutions Hosting Product Forums. This Hosting forum will be added on to this site and the categorization structure of the forums will be changing slightly to allow for this.

The structure will be the following:

1. Announcements
2. Network Solutions E-Commerce Forums
3. Network Solutions Hosting Forums

All content and structure that is currently present on these forums today will be in the Network Solutions E-Commerce Forums.

I am also proud to announce that we have streamlined the registration and login process as well for these forums. For all new users to these forums we will be allowing the users to register directly from the Network Solutions Store Front Account Manager. Also links provided in the Hosting Control Panel as well as the E-Commerce control panel will allow users to login and view the forums with one simple click in a Single Sign On process.

Some final notes: All current users will not be able to use the SSO feature for the forums unless they first register for a brand new account in the Network Solutions Storefront Account Manager (networksolutions.com) after the release on Saturday night. The good news is we can take that new account and merge it with your old account so you have the same screen name and post count plus you will be able to utilize the SSO functionality. If you would like to utilize this please either email me or contact our E-Commerce support department. We will need the username of your current account and the username of your new account.
