Step 1 - After downloading and installing ChatStat, open the program and login to your new account. Click the "Site HTML" button located under the "Quick Tasks" tab.

Step 2 - Copy the entire code from the default "JavaScript HTML Snippet" area.

Step 3 - Enter your NetworkSolution Ecommerce Control Panel and click the "Design" tab.

Step 4 - Select the "Site Design" option from the left menu.

Step 5 - Select the "Columns" editor from the left menu.

Step 6 - Add a new module. Use the "Custom HTML" type checkbox and then click the left or right arrow to put your chat button in the corresponding column.

Step 7 - Use the edit button to edit your newly created module.

Step 8 - Change the Module Name to "Live Chat" then paste the full HTML code from Step 2 into the main content area. Press the "Save & Return" button to finish.
