Does anyone have a FAQ page where you have a list of questions at the top and when a customer sees the question they want an answer to, they just click on the question and are automatically scrolled down to that question and it's answer and then have a "Back to Top" option? Is it just a matter of coding? And if so, can anyone explain in layman's terms. Thanks in advance!

That page has a pretty good explanation starting where it says "The name Attribute". Basically you create a named section of the page content, and then link to it from a different section of the page.
