Using the e-mail templates, can this notification portion be removed or somehow commented out?

It can't be removed, but it's important to note that this only shows up on the admin emails, not the ones customers actually see.

I understand that it only appears on the admin side. However,we are trying to omit this text for internal purposes. Let me know if there might be any flexibility with that in the future.

Just a thought, but couldn't a "Custom" e-mail be generated using one of the other notifications? Maybe send out a duplicate e-mail to a different address that wouldn't include the extra parts? Use the warehouse notifications or just make up a completely new e-mail that is also sent out for each order but goes to a different e-mail address.

What does NSol think?

Thanks for the insight. Between the Warehouse E-mail and using ns:choose conditionals in the Status E-mail we may find a solution.

It may be quite tedious but there have been some really good posts in the past regarding how to modify the e-mails. Originally we couldn't do much so there were lot's of support from both sides of the forum.

Maybe Start here??
