I have gone to operations > settings > product tab as stated in this forum in another post and I only have the option of adjusting the columns. I have tried adjusting the columns and it doesn't change no matter what I do. In addition the row option is not even there. I know it was there when we first started building our store, but appears during the last upgrade it was not put back, or possibly it was moved? I am trying to eliminate the huge amount of scrolling we have on our product results pages, if anyone could help, I would appreciate it.

Are you talking about Design > Product List Design? Or post your link to your store so we can see what you are talking about.
