Can I have two entirely separate domains use the same hosting package or do I need to get a new hosting package for the new domain I have setup?

You can definitely set up more than one site in one NsHosting Package. Here's the rundown:

nsHosting Small => 3
nsHosting Large => 5
nsHosting Unlimited => 10
