I'm trying to figure out how to combine my handling charge with the UPS shipping charge and have it appear as one figure called shipping and handling for the customer. My verion 4 did this but on version 7 at the checkout screen there is a subtotal the shipping and handling charge amount which is great but the problem is that the estimated shipping charge is just the shipping and doesn't include handling so my customer will see both and I want the rate to all be the same. i'm not sure if this is something that I have to do directly with UPS or here. Any suggestions?

Add your handling fee as a global markup to the shipping method in question. Then the rate that returns when they calculate will be whatever that particular method is plus your markup. They will not see the difference.

This is a global markup for that method though.
