I created my first product in my control panel, saved it and exported the csv file to my hard drive. I then added a few products and went back to import the same file and keep getting error message; Product import file is missing either the ProductD or Name column.

I did not rename or change the colums...

Try opening your csv file in notepad, and manually removing the quotes from the header row. It used to give me the same error message you noted, but doing the above made it work nicely.

Good luck...

If it continues to happen after doing what robinski suggested put it in the root of your file manager and give me your store URL and I'll check the file for you.

Can't the staff at NS see that--because so many people are having problems with the import/export of products--that something is seriously flawed in the system in this regard?

I have seen an incredible influx of postings on this issue since the 7.3 release...
