I am trying to manually add customers to specific newsletters, but it doesn't appear to be working. I click the check boxes I want, use the drop-down to select what I want, and hit apply.
However, when I check the list, the people I just added are not included. Am I missing something?
There was a defect in version 7.3 where in some situations when attempting to add customers to a mailing list they are instead added to a customer group. When you add them, if this is happening, the confirmation message near the top of the page will say group instead of mailing list. This defect will be resolved in tonight's maintenance release, which begins at 9pm cst.
If this is not what is happening, please post more details such as which customers you are trying to add, and to which list, and we will investigate.
