Can you give me steps to reproduce the error?

You also should call support for this, as we won't be able to fully resolve the issue here on the forums. All server errors or outages you need to contact support to get immediate resolution.

I am logging into my MCP, Sales tab, Orders link, then Edit. Getting runtime error from Visual Studio (or Microsoft at least).

I closed my browser and logged in again, just for fun. Same problem.

Can I get your site URL and an order number that this happens on?

It happens right now on all orders listed under the "Payments Received" status. Our URL is www.smartgunner.com.

And just so you know, I am on hold with tech support though "We are currently experiencing MUCH longer than normal hold times."

This has been a problem for a while. If you do an action (any action) several times you will get the error "Bad Header Request". When I see it spinning (not reactive right away) I click stop, the action etc. It will typically take 3 times, if you have logging/debugging turned on for your MCP system this should be easy to diagnose with as much as it happens. I have called support on this several times. I can work around the issue which is probably why it is not high priority, but it needs to be fixed at some point.

Problem resolved now. Not sure who or how but it is fixed.

But I would like to say this happens several times a week for us. I am assuming NS is aware of this issue and it is not isolated to just us but I have no way of knowing.

The only issue I'm really aware of that would give a runtime error editing orders in the mcp is if you are trying to click edit and the page hasn't fully loaded.
