I cloned the active Order Confirmation email, made modifications to my new clone, saved my modifications and then sent a preview email to myself and my changes look good.

I updated the status of my new clone to active and yet, when I get order confirmations from real orders my customers are placing this morning, they are still in the format of the old original confirmation template.

Anyone else got this to work for them? Does it have anything to do with the fact that my orders go straight to a "Payment Received" status?

Rhonda, I made the switch yesterday and all the emails I modified and activated are working OK.

I see my updates now. Very strange. I wasn't see the subject line being updated but then I remembered, the emails we get are not exactly the same as the emails the customer gets. We are getting a "copy" and it looks like the "copy" does have the correct subject line.
