I realize that this is most likely a local printer problem, but several customers have also commented that when they try to print off their invoice/packing slip, it cuts off the right side.

Is there a quick fix for this? We use a HP1100 Series and there is no "fit to page" option for printing (and that would take an extra step to make that the default setting for each individual print).

This is really a browser issue that there is no simple workaround for.

The only thing that we can recommend is you could design your invoice to be smaller using the invoice editor - Design >> Invoice Design but even that may not fix the issue for the user. Some developers even came out with a software fix for this type of issue with IE6 specifically - http://www.visiontech.ltd.uk/software/#IEPrint

Other than those two options though that is the best I can recommend.
