I realize that this is most likely a local printer problem, but several customers have also commented that when they try to print off their invoice/packing slip, it cuts off the right side.
Is there a quick fix for this? We use a HP1100 Series and there is no "fit to page" option for printing (and that would take an extra step to make that the default setting for each individual print). |

This is really a browser issue that there is no simple workaround for.
The only thing that we can recommend is you could design your invoice to be smaller using the invoice editor - Design >> Invoice Design but even that may not fix the issue for the user. Some developers even came out with a software fix for this type of issue with IE6 specifically - http://www.visiontech.ltd.uk/software/#IEPrint Other than those two options though that is the best I can recommend.
