I currently have my store setup to offer free ground UPS on anything over 100$. I also have it set up by weight (2oz) on our repair manuals to offer free priority mail to US 48 states. So all of our manuals I set the weight to 2oz. Now I am trying to set it up so that if a Canadian order comes through the priority mail 9.95$ shows. How exactly do I do that

How exactly do I do that From looking at your site it looks like you have it almost set up, you just need to change the base price of the canadian shipping to $9.95 and enable it |
