I can't seem to figure out why the UPS shipping opton continues to show up upon checkout. I have custom shipping selected and paypal shipping options are not enabled. We offer a flat rate $35 option and a $0 over $200 option, UPS still shows up. At times it offers the proper amount, but it also gives an option for ground at a lower price. I really don't want the UPS logo or option anywhere on the site. Any ideas?

Hi glassocean,
If you go to the shipping section of the Operations Menu - reset the UPS online tools connection and then UPS rates should never return to your site. If you have done this and you are having issues I would contact our support team. Joe |
