 Orders, Orders then Payment received? |

I tested a sale and I received the Order in "Order Received".
Once the Credit card has been approved, do I need to select the order in Manage Orders and change the drop down to Payment received? Also, at what point do I change it to Payment received, when the card is auth or when the payment is fully charged and shows up in my bank account? Thanks, John |

You would want to move it to Payment Received when the payment is fully charged.
