Hello,

I've had some problems with Google Analytics. Sometimes my sales are captured, meaning that the dollar amounts, products, and sales data shows in Analytics, and sometimes it doesn't. Additionally, about half of my sales that are captured show up in Google Analytics as being for $1, rather than the actual transaction amount. Has anyone else had this problem? Any idea how to fix it? Thanks,

David

Anyone from NetSol?

I never had this problem with V4...it began after the move to V7. Yesterday I had two sales. One was captured, one was not. Is there a difference in the V4 and V7 code or pages that would cause this? Thanks,

David

I do not know of any issues in regards to this. I would update the previous post you have going in regards to this. If you check the site, the code is being placed there. Since the code is showing up on your site, I am not familiar with exactly what would need to be configured on Google in order to make this work to your needs.
