I have only recently been poking around the E-commerce forums while I am in the process of building our on line site. I notice that this forum doesn't have any entries. I am curious...What is Signature Support? How does it apply to standard vs. pro sites?

Hi mdsource-

Signature Support is a service that we provide for our ecommerce customers. It is for merchants that need tasks completed on their storefronts, but either do not have the time to be complete it or would rather have one of our specialists handle it for them.

We offer a wide range of services including product management, consultation, image management services. We also have a site review service, where an ecommerce specialist can review your site before going "live" to make sure there isn't anything you missed and make recommendations. Basically, if you have a task that needs to completed on your storefront and would like a specialist to handle it for you, give our Sales department a call at 1(888)252-3266 and we will be happy to help you out.

Thanks Brian (or is it Brain?), you don't mention if this is fee based support. If it is how much? If it is something that comes with the ecommerce package, where is this type of support listed?

These are paid services but pricing for each service varies greatly. Typically each service that is done you will be charged around $99/hour. Note that pricing is variable depending upon what we do for your site. Basically all I can recommend is if there is something that you want done to your site, whether it be product management, some sort of data management, a site review, etc, feel free to call our sales line at -877-663-5169 and they will be able to discuss pricing with you on the services that we offer. The purpose of these services is that if you want something done for your site, but do not have the time or would rather have a professional that knows the software do the work for you, we have some sort of service to do this for you.
