I have custom category links on left side - simple html list I built in frontpage.

should I change the links to the new category pages? or will that lose the 301 directs (and google ranks).

when should they be changed ? if ever.

and if I do change them what is the proper link ?
www.mysite.com/category-one.aspx -or- 02bxxx.netsolstores.com/category-one.aspx ??
