In V.4 I offered free shipping if you ordered product valued at $500 or more. It gave customers Free Ground, but it still allowed them to select Next Day Air, 2nd Day etc..... if they wanted to, which many customers do. Under V.7 it will not do this. If the customer orders $500 or more, it will only show the free ground shipping option, and not allow the customers to choose overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day etc.....
Can someone please help with this glitch?

Only the lowest shipping option shows in the cart on the side of the shopping pages, more are available when you check out.

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100. When you have enough items for 'free shipping' in your cart and click 'checkout' guess what, only the paid options show up - free shipping is not an option. If under 'shipping options' you click 'click here for rates' free shipping option does show up. not intuitive at all. need to find a solution.... I feel a lot of people will abandon their cart assuming we are tricking them. Any way to get all option to show at once and not either / or???

This is clearly a problem that I hope is addressed quickly. We have offered free shipping on orders $75 or over...but the other options still showed up for the customer to choose. We need this function back.

On another note--no update on the intermittent "no shipping to this address" defect on valid addresses.

I know we have it in Custom Shipping, are you using Custom Shipping? also, it will not show in the mini cart it only shows on the main cart as a choice when the customer actually gets to the checkout page #2.

Hey Rick - I do have it set up, but the issue is that if the sale qualifies for free shipping, that is the "only" option that shows up at checkout...instead of allowing the customer to see all choices (and possibly pay to upgrade)

You and I have the exact same problem, customers should be able to upgrade from the free ground if they choose!! A lot of my customers in V4 pay to upgrade, this is definitely a glitch, have you spoken to netsol about this? I noticed they have not added any comments to this topic ?

This problem is when we have a custom shipping option of Free UPS Ground for all orders over $500. My V4 site has this and works fine. In V7 with a custom Free shipping option, my customer are unable to upgrade to next day, 2nd day etc......
Discounts won't work, as they would have to have some sort of coupon code. Free shipping checked on the individual product does not work either....doesn't allow for upgrade.
