Just finished the final migration, and noticed that a "logout" button isn't displayed after a customer logs in. It still says "login".

The login button doesn't change. There should be a link that says logout that appears when you are logged in.

That's what I'm saying, there isn't a logout button on the home page after a customer logs in.

It is under the my account section if you are not using nsscript to display the login, or a side login module

Dave,

I quess I'm just a little thick, but I'm still confused. I have a login module in my right column and login is displayed. Customer logs in, no logout button is displayed on the home page. A logout is displayed if the customer goes to "my account" What am I missing? Would I need to create a custom html module for the right column somehow?

There will be a logout link that replaces the login module just under the image. IF not can you please post your site so we can take a look.

Hi Eddie,

"
I FOUND IT !! The "welcome" was in black text on a white background. The "logout" text is also white on the white background. I happened to find it when a mouseover showed the text in black.

I feel stupid...

You have your right column links set to white, and on the white background it is appearing not to display. You can change this by going to Design >> Site Design >> Style Settings >> Fonts. In here you will see a color setting for right side links.
