I just start to get acquainted Chatstat and so far I find a few thing that need to be improve. since I am new to it let me know where I am wrong or where I miss some features.

Conference room features : this is a great features but I don't like the fact that there is map pointing at where attendants are. it won't be bad for the operator to see where the attendees are for marketing purpose but the attendants do not need to see where each other are. this I don't like at all.

Pop feature are great but the pictures that are used do not reflect different ethnic group.

So far I like it but it need just a few changes.

The conference room Geo Mapping is designed to let each person in the room know where the other people are and what language they speak. I will ask my programmers if it can be made an option.

As for the POP UPs, there is a library of over 30 to choose from, but if that does not suite you , you can upload your own. We can tell you how , please drop by www.chatstat.com and start a chat with us.
