I have never used the real time shipping in the other version cart. We have always had a set amount. In trying to set this up I keep coming up with the same amount of shipping from UPS, not matter if I change the weights and or add dimensions. Any help with this is appreciated.
Also, I used to upload the daily inventory changes via Dataport and all I needed was the part number and quantity. I am provided with a daily spreadsheet from our main supplier and I don't know how to accomplish this since Netsol needs the ID# and name. Do I have to merge the 2 spreadsheets somehow? Thanks, DJ |

I am running into the same problem with the inventory upload. Did you ever find a solution for this?

Check out this post in regards to VLOOKUP in excel.
In regards to your shipping, have you checked the real time shipping carrier website to verify that their price is indeed increasing? I would recommend doing that if not, as that is where our rates are pulled. |
