I love the look of the new webmail and was excited to start using it so that my email, calendar, notes etc were all in one place as well as terrific spam control however I have found it to be slow and difficult to get around. It takes forever to bring up the inbox and I do not have that many emails! If I "reply" to an email 50% of the time it errors out and I have to start over. I have now made it a habit it copy my message into my clipboard so when it errors out and I have to start over I will not have to rewrite everything!

I know a week ago everything changed and then I read somewhere there were problems with the email program and it was reverted back to the original system (which is what we are currently having issues with) When it switched over I no longer got emails into Outlook (Which I am trying to avoid) and many of our emails out bounced and we heard reports of emails to use bouncing.

Is the email program being reworked? Are the slowness issues being addressed?

The existing issues with email platform are being addressed. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

I am desperately in need of a web-based email interface. Webmail is unusable. I search for an email I know is there and it isn't found, I can't organize things into folders easily because there's no drag and drop, the emails are ordered from earliest to latest and nothing seems to happen when I click the date header to order it the other way. I give up after about a minute of not being able to function in the webmail environment.

Is there another web-based email interface that we can use? Why doesn't NS use an existing webmail interface instead of coding its own? Could NS get us on Outlook Exchange? That is a proven interface. It seems ridiculous to be coding a webmail interface when there is so much else NS is trying to do.

Please consider some solution that won't be months and months and months in the queue. Web-based email really is a need that any business has and it's ridiculous to expect us to use these toy interfaces year after year after year.

Thanks,

Hilary

Not to mention we are not able to see SPAM. I know, for a fact, that I am not getting all my emails that I should and we have no way of seeing SPAM or controlling white and black lists.

I ended up having to buy a new domain and am running my email through that at another location. I know email is being looked at but it is not a good system and needs to be looked at and fixed soon.
