I keep getting reminders to assign my catchall email. But when I try to do this, I get an error message that the email account I assign the catchall to, does not exist. But the email account exists as it works every day. What am I missing here?

I sent up the issue to our engineering dept., and you'll receive an email notification when the ticket is resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience.

mars and EQpost, did you ever get your catchall assigned?

I'm experiencing the same thing and tech support told me they couldn't assign a catchall because my domains were registered through MonsterDomainRegistration.com and not Network Solutions. Which I don't understand because if you go to the MonsterDomainRegistration.com website, there are Network Solutions logos there.

MonsterCommerce used to have a partnership with Wild West Domains, who is currently your registrar. You can view this here.
