Anyway to get Declined order status to Canceled?
Looks like V.7 declined orders show up in the admin panel under the home tab in bold red. So I like that it gets your attention, but I would like to be able to clear it out, so only newly declined orders will be there for us to review. Otherwise this is just gonna get bigger and bigger....I like to address things and then get rid of them..... Much appreciated Msuz. |

You can archive the declined orders that way they would no longer show up. Archiving the order means that you will no longer be able to access that order. If you wanted it to be canceled, you would need to move it to order received and then cancel it. |

Hi Eddie, Actually I just added a sub-category status for declined called "old" By moving them from Declined to declined old it reset the Declined (bold red) on home page back to zero which works out just fine.
