NS csv export is still useless to me. Fedex needs the Ship To name concatenated, NS export concatenates the Bill To name, which is useless to me.

I'm still using your converter Goomba so don't make it go away!!!

Thanks a lot, Robert

Robert, can you elaborate on this a bit more for me? What FedEx software are you using? I believe some versions allow you to map fields from your csv to fields in the FedEx software, but I could be wrong and would like to do some testing.

Thanks,
John

Troyers if you are using FedEx ship mgr on a FedEx computer they can map the cart XML into FedEx Ship and back to cart again via CSV for tracking numbers.

Our FedEx tech mapped it no biggie and had to redo it again a few weeks ago when NetSol changed the fields.

Do they still have to map all those extra fields for the import to work into NS?

Thanks for the tip on the fedex xml import.

Hi John, We are using Fedex Ship Manager Software. I am able to map to csv feilds but as i stated previously it needs to have a concatenated First & Last Name in the address. (Correct me if I'm wrong on this) The NS Export does do that but with the Bill To name and not the Ship To.

Also since the update yesterday i have to change the file name of the export every time since it now has the date and time in it. Just one extra step

Don't plan on it. Hosting is all paid up for a good long while so if it goes *poof* it wasn't by my doing.

If anyone is interested, I have created my own order xml to csv tool that creates a csv file in the dataport 4 format. Check it out! Let me know if you experience any problems or have any suggestions.

Check it out
