If you're referring to the personalization answers that the user enters when ordering a product, this is the exact question I had a few weeks ago. It turns out they aren't available in the CSV export format, but they ARE available in the XML export format. In fact, there's a LOT more information contained in the XML format. You have to create an XML parser to get it, which is a pain, but once it's done it works nicely. Now, for some reason no orders are appearing in my XML export file today (but they're in the CSV export)... John |
