With the Standard edition is it possible to customize the e-mails that are automatically generated when an order is received, shipped, cancelled, etc? Specifically, how can we include the tracking information on a shipment notification? We've type in the info, but it does not appear on the shipment message which requires that we send another message with tracking information (a tedious, manual process).

Hi IntelliSuti07,

Currently with the Ecommerce Standard or Pro package there is not a way to do so. With the next release 7.3 there will be the ability to edit email messages; I do not know if this will be available to standard though.

The functionality that Joe describes, that is coming in 7.3, is not a feature of the Standard cart. However, we have done some rework to the email messages and the tracking information will be present in the status change email.
