We had this exact problem a couple of days ago. We called support and were given a number to use instead of our store domain name. We were told that the number is an internally used unique ID and not accessible to us.
While we got past this error message, we were not able to get the QuickBooks integration to work. We called support and was asked for our company file. We provided our company file and have been told that it will take a few days for them to take a look at it.

We have been using Webconnect for a few months now with good success. We integrate with QBPOS. What are your issues?
