I tested a sale and I received the Order in "Order Received".
Once the Credit card has been approved, do I need to select the order in Manage Orders and change the drop down to Payment received?

Also, at what point do I change it to Payment received, when the card is auth or when the payment is fully charged and shows up in my bank account?

You would want to move it to Payment Received when the payment is fully charged.
