Hello All,

To setup LivePerson with your E-Commerce Standard or Pro Package you will have a few options.

For the E-Commerce Standard package, you must add LivePerson to either the left or right column of the site. For the E-Commerce Pro package, you can add LivePerson to the left or right column, or the top or bottom of the page.

To add LivePerson to the left or right column of any of the E-Commerce packages simply login to your Control Panel, and go to Design >> Columns. In this section simply add a Custom HTML module to the left or right column. Once added edit that Custom HTML Module. When editing simply paste in the code that LivePerson has provided and press save.

To add LivePerson to the top or bottom of your store front in the E-Commerce Pro Package - simply go to Design >> Header and Footer. Once in the Header and Footer section simply click on the '<>' button to edit the HTML source for the Header or Footer. In the source window, simply add in the code that LivePerson has provided, apply the code changes and press save on the Header and Footer page.

Once this has been completed you will then be fully setup to use LivePerson's chat software.
