I need to offer free shipping to a customer with the Standard E-Commerce package. How do I do this?

To setup free shipping in the standard cart you will go to operations >> shipping. You will see here there is a free shipping option that you can select. Keep in mind that in the standard cart you can only have one shipping option offered so if you only wanted to give this to one customer you would have to enable this for them at the time of order and then go through and disable it once the order is placed. -Eddie |
