Here is a link to an article from Computerworld from a survey done by Paypal. I don't really agree with this, since they used 351 shoppers to do this "survey" but heh its a quick read.
Any ideas or comments on this? Survey Says! |

interesting survey...
some other info related to this is if you integrate Google Analytics into your NS Package (operations>settings>google analytics) and click Content>Top Content in the left column of your Analytics account, it will give you a pretty good idea on what pages of your website the customers are exiting on.
