Is there a way to save the content blocks I create so I can use them again and just change the information in them?

To move copy content and move it around on your Website Builder website I would recommend copying the block. To do this you would want to use the Clip Board option. This will allow you to copy the block and move it to any page and then you can edit the content and save the changes. The information below will assist you in using the Clip Board.

Using the Clip Board:

click on Page Editor Tab
Select the page the content is located on
Select the block of content you wish to copy (as if you were going to edit - green dash lines appear around the block)
Click the double paper Icon within the Editing section (to the left of Manager Files)
Click OK
Select the page you use to copy content
Click the clip board Icon
Drag and Drop the copied content to the appropriate location
