i downloaded smartftp i cannot connect and i tried online ftp i can but i cannot upload and it is not uploading to my site narutoforums.net like host something instead can someone explain it to me?

Also make sure that you are trying to upload into the /htdocs or /cgi-bin folders. You don't have permission to write directly in the root folder (/) . You also neeed to make sure that your computer or network is not blocking access to our server over port 21.
