When I use Netsol's new File Publisher, it says it cannot connect. I have reset file permissions and updated passwords.

I also tried using a separate FTP program with no success.

Any thoughts.

The File publisher is a client side Java application that uses your internet connection to connect to the FTP server. If you are also unable to connect with an FTP program most likely it is a Firewall or some other type of connectivity issue.

I recommend verifying that traffic on port 21 is allowed through your firewall, and also you can try toggling passive/active mode in your FTP client.
