I cannot download my http log files. Basically the problem seems to be that all the log files are owned by root. I've tried everything I could think of to change permissions on the log directory and on the log files to allow myself to download them with no luck. Below is a cleaned up screen capture of a vanilla ftp session show the problem. I can download other files with no problem. So how do I get things setup so I can download my http log files?

To resolve this issue, I recommend that you reset the owner and permission of your hosting package's files using the Reset File Permssions button inside your Account Manager.
  • Web Hosting
  • Manage Web Hosting
  • Click on your hosting package name (if you have more than one hosting package)
  • FTP & Content Publishing
  • Reset File Permissions
  • Press the Reset File Permissions button
This may take a few minutes to complete -- typically within 15 minutes.
After it is done, you will be able to download your raw http logs.
