Hi,
I have problems uploading files via FTP.
It makes me upload only files with extension html, but no other extensions (no php, no jpeg, etc.)!
Why? Could you please give me a solution?

P.S. I have tried with different ftp clients (dreamweaver, filezilla, cuteftp), same problem everywhere.

Thanks!

I was able to upload files of multiple types (jpg, gif, html, pdf, php, mp3, zip and txt) into the /htdocs/nstest folder in your hosting package. I was using FileZilla. I don't have any idea why you may not be able to do so.

We are having the same issue. It does not happen all the time, but in some cases the only files that upload successfully are .html's. We get timeouts, dropped connections and hangs when trying to upload .php files.

We were given the same answer as Craig provided above. It is not helpful when there is no investigation into the root cause. In reviewing the other discussions, seems this is common. This begs the question, WHY?

One thing you can try that often resolves this is switching the Passive Mode setting in your FTP client. These are difficult to troubleshot because they often work for us when they don't work for you.
