Hey I don't know if anyone noticed this but I cannot get Easy FTP (from the NS Account Manager) to work.

This is what I do:
From the Account Manager I go to "FTP & Content Publishing"
Than click of "Easy FTP Shortcut"
Click on "Download..."
Than I run it from my desktop and it will not even let me enter my username or password.

The error that comes back is
QUOTE
FTP Folder Error

An error occurred opening that folder on the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to access that folder.

Details:
The connection with the server was reset

So I did it the old fashion way of typing this out:
ftp://username:password@ftp.server.com/

Using the username, password, and ftp address that is located on my "Manage Web Hosting" tab in the Account Manager.

Most likely I am doing something wrong, but I would like to figure out what I am doing wrong.

I tried it with my McAfee Firewall on and off.

Kris,
I logged into your account and went through all the steps, downloading the link, and used it with one of your FTP accounts and it worked.
I saw you have another FTP account that pointed to a non-existing folder. If you were using this FTP, you would have gotten that error because it was trying to log you into a folder that doesn't exist.
I created that folder on your FTP, and that FTP user name and password will now work and bring you to an empty folder.

In the future, you just want to make sure that when you create an FTP login, point it to a folder that is on your hosting package so it works.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
