I have three domains on one hosting package.They were all built in Frontpage and have been using the FP Publish mode and the Extensions. They were sub webs and now I've assigned a different domain name and DNS to each of them. The two I'm changing over to Expression Web I would like to use FTP with them. If I use FTP on the two being changed into Expression Web will it damage the extensions already Enable when I publish them to my hosting package. I would also like to remove them as sub webs and let them be stand alone sites. Is this possible ?

As long as you are not making changes via FTP to the site for which you continue to use FrontPage, there should not be any issues.
