To retrieve / change your FTP current password follow the steps below;

1. Log into Account Manager with your username and password.
2. Click on “nsHosting” on your left hand navigation bar. If you have more than one hosting package, you will see a screen that will ask you which package you would like to manage, if you see this screen you should select the relevant one, otherwise you’ll see a “Web Hosting Details” page.
3. Click on FTP & Content Publishing under the nsHosting menu
4. Click on FTP Users
5. Click on the "show" link next to FTP password.

Once you retrieve your password, you should change it to your preference. You can do this by selecting the account by clicking on the radio button next to the account name and clicking on the “Edit” button. We recommend making the password as strong as possible to avoid security issues related to your FTP credentials.
Do not use passwords you have used in the past or those that are easily guessed (e.g. ABCD1234). Your new password should be a minimum of 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.
