I recently purchased the site www.thelocalhouse.com and uploaded a new front under construction page via ftp... no problems at all.

However for some reason the site is now set to private and all you get is an Access Denied 303 message - not sure what I have done.

Sorry if I'm being stupid - I have 6 other sites with NetSol and nothing like this.

The error you are receiving is due to the server not finding an index page. I looked at your hosting account and it looks like the file you have uploaded is "Home.htm". The file home.htm is a valid index file, but the H needs to be lowercase since it is on a UNIX platform and is case sensitive.
