For the past several days my access logs have been acting up. Suddenly daily log files are all about 1 or 2 kb in size, and report a single hit. Also each hit shows an identical 6 KB bandwidth. Hits are from different sources, but are not even logging my own visits.

Is there something I can reset from my side, or is this a server issue? I'd appreciate any clues about resolving this, thanks!

For this issue I would recommend calling our Tech Support at 1-866-391-HELP. It may need to be escalated to an Engineer.

For this issue I would recommend calling our Tech Support at 1-855-391-HELP. It may need to be escalated to an Engineer.

Will give that a try tomorrow. Thank you for your response. It's much appreciated.

Just for anyone else's future reference, that phone number does not go through.

Sorry for the typo and thanks for the catch, Bill. Original post edited.

The correct phone number for Tech Support is 1-866-391-HELP.
