Simply put. Kinda seems behind the times to me... and doesn't reflect their comments about being #1. (IMG:http://forums.networksolutions.com/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Hi xizwyck,

Actually in the future we are expanding our hosting services to completely accommodate many new languages and products and frameworks real soon. In terms of being number 1, that was an independent company that rated us as to being the best host for small to medium sized businesses. So while we may not meet every single businesses needs we do meet the most needs for the most number of businesses and we are working to meet even more businesses needs.

Also AJAX is just javascript and xml feeds, and doesn't rely on a specific server hosting requirement other than using the proper coding. If you are having issues with that specifically you might want to post a question here We are .net 2.0 compliant and you can do ajax with that. We also have PHP hosting and if you know what you are doing you can setup ajax apps there too.

Joe

I've sent this to the platform development team to make sure it is on the roadmap.

I cannot give a timeframe for when this will be implemented but I will make sure it gets the focus it needs. As Joe said we are in the process of greatly enhancing our hosting platform (both Windows and Unix). Changes are coming fast and furious - I will try to get as much info into the forums as the enhancements are rolled out.

I need a specific time frame from you guys. I have projects due myself and my clients that require .NET 3.5. Anything vague in your schedule will only cause us to move our sites to other web hosting services that are already running these platforms. I have 15 calendar days in which to make my decision.

Can you please give a specific date.
