Within Godaddy.com's domain manager I have the DNS pointing to Network Solutions DNS. The option for Total DNS is blank on Domain Control Manager. I do not have any options to make any changes.
I may not have explained it properly. First, do a whois lookup. In the whois record you will see two servers that start usually with NS1. and NS2. Whoever owns those domain name servers is your DNS host. Those are the servers that host the cname records for your domain. If they are network solution servers, then I would recommend calling network solutions support. If they are godaddy servers, then the change will need to be made by godaddy.
