I moved one of our smaller non ecommerce sites to networrk solutions hosting last night after being irritated by our previous host (which we were with for 6 years...).

I got all the files transfered and the DNS redirected quickly but am having trouble with the contact us form. I have now tried on 6 attempts to build and integrate the form. (note: it would be nice to be able to edit the form for errors rather than having to delete and try again). I have the form appearing to work. You can enter all your info and click submit, then see the cgi-bin/formmail summary of what was sent along with the link back to the site. However, the email never arrives. Just to be sure the address works I sent a test email from a yahoo address and it came through just fine.

What am I missing?

4 days later I finally got around to calling tech support about this. Submitted my form, and waited a few minutes, then nothing. So I called. While waiting on hold, listening to the we have abnormally high call volume maybe you should call later I finally got through. In the process of explaining what was going on the form I submitted before the call arrived... Like taking your car in for service running crappy, the tech looks at it and it runs like a champ... The earlier submissions are lost in space, but it looks like it is working going forward. Not sure why.
