Hello,

27.03 I've faced problems with my site. First I've tried to solve them myself, after some time I understood that it's impossible from my side and I need a hoster's help. 29.03 I've sent a support request number 1-394834761 with description of the problem. After that I've added few notes that describe problem more detailed. Till now I haven't any reaction from support department and I don't know, is anybody working on solving of my problem or my request just disappeared somewhere. Could you help me to clear this situation.

Sincerely yours

Peter

I escalated your issue to our Engineering department. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I have any actual information about solving of my problem? The problem started 25.03.2009, still exists and till now I haven't any information about causes of it and what's done for now to solve it. I have only few messages that you are working about it, but if technical and engineering departments working for 5 days and can't solve the problem - it sounds quite strange.

Sincerely yours

This issue has been reported as resolved. You should now be able to publish files and view them properly. I apologize for the delay.
