1. If my domain is pointed to monstercommerce servers, how can I be in netsol servers?
I'll try to explain this. Prior to your migration, you were on the MonsterCommerce servers (obviously). You just so happened to have purchased your domain name through Network Solutions. As part of the process we had prior to your migration, you had to point your DNS away from Network Solutions and to the MonsterCommerce DNS server. I know it sounds weird (because we're the same company), but the MonsterCommerce DNS servers are our legacy DNS. So, in essence, you are on our new software, but pointed to the legacy DNS.
No matter which of the two DNS servers you are pointed to, we control your DNS. As part of the migration, we updated the IP records at the MonsterCommerce DNS to point to your new IP address. That's what Eddie means by "we didn't force you to update your DNS." Since we control the MonsterCommerce name servers, we updated it. If you were pointed to the Network Solutions name servers, we would update that instead. Does that make sense?
Follow the instructions on making sure your DNS is correct within the Network Solutions system (which is most likely is already set correctly), and you should be fine to change your DNS to point to Network Solutions. There should be no downtime associated with this, as your customers will either see your old DNS (which points to your current site) or your new DNS (which also points to your current site, assuming you have it set up correctly).

2. Why am I showing 2 different sets of servers for the same domain within different areas of my netsol account? huh.gif This question begs an answer please
This leads back to my explanation of answer 1. When you are in the Network Solutions Account Manager, it shows you what is set on the Network Solutions side. When you look at your actual DNS record (http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=martiniart.com), it shows that you are pointed to the MonsterCommerce domain servers.

3. What can I do to have everything showing on netsol servers so that I can create a cname record - without any downtime or issues with my site?
As I mentioned in my answer to question 1, you could make the necessary changes on the Network Solutions name servers, then change your DNS. This is not a necessary step, but it does give you direct access to make changes you might need to make for any reason.

4. If you are not an expert on this particular topic, can you please bring this to the attention of someone in tech support who is - that can clear this up?
I thought I'd try to answer this, because I understand how DNS works.
So, you were told correct information: your
servers were updated to be with Network Solutions, but your
Domain Name Servers (DNS) are still pointed toward the legacy MonsterCommerce name servers. I hope that helps clear it up.
