We have updated our server IP also in our DNS and has propagate 100% correctly, but after 24 hours the nsProtect monitor is detecting our server is not yet available.

After 3 days nsProtect still mark our server down. We are up and running.

I write this issue at sslsupport@networksolutions.com still not respond about this issue.

2 Weeks after still have problems with the service call many times same issues.
