We have followed all the instructions for adding a ev certificate to our site. The padlock on IE shows "locked", but the address bar is still white. Is there some other steps required for the bar to turn green?

I tested your site and I see the green address bar confirming your company's information. If you are still having issues please be aware that when using IE the "green bar" feature is only available on IE7+, so any previous versions will not display the green bar.
